Cube utilise the latest Priva Blue-ID controls equipment and Comforte CX terminal unit controllers to bring an ageing building fully up to date.

Priva was chosen as the ideal system to implement the essential control system upgrade within extremely tight time constraints on this project. With the short delivery times and speedy commissioning offered by this system, Priva Blue-ID was the only choice.
An ageing Trend BMS system was replaced with the Blue-ID controller platform and the 4 floors of stand alone fan coil units were converted to full BMS control. A Touchpoint colour touch screen provided the client with the required user interface requirements with access to all system settings and historic data logging.
